Barrie Kaufman is an award winning international artist from West Virginia working in print media, painting and glass. She has been creating art for thirty-five years using woodblock, etching, silk aquatint, and carborundum to make personal statements about the environment and social consciousness.
In 2016, she partnered with Pittsburgh Glass Center and Seattle-based artist Karen Willenbrink-Johnsen to create new work for an exhibition at Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, titled River, Stream, Tap. Most of our clients hire us to capture work before it's in a show so it's shot in a controlled studio setting so we wanted to take this opportunity to showcase some exhibition documentation shots. All of this work was shot in the gallery at PFPCA.
